About me
Hello and Welcome. Whatever has brought you to this moment - whether you know exactly what you're seeking or still figuring it out - you have already taken the first important step by reaching out.
About my practice & how I can help you
I offer a safe, warm and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I am a compassionate counsellor dedicated to supporting you on your journey towards healing and growth.
You may feel overwhelmed, stuck or unsure of your next steps. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, loss, trauma or self-esteem challenges, or simply seeking a confidential space to reflect and gain clarity, or to talk to someone unconnected to your life.
By focusing on understanding your perspective and building a relationship founded on trust, I aim to help you stay present, uncover patterns, and explore past experiences that may affect your life today, guiding you towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
This is your unique journey, and my role is to help you feel heard, valued, and empowered every step of the way.
What to expect?
From our first session, my aim is to help you feel comfortable and safe. You can expect a warm, empathetic environment where there is no pressure or judgement to be anyone other than who you are.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to create a space where you feel seen, heard and understood. I believe that when you are met with empathy and acceptance, true healing can begin.
Together, we can work through the challenges you face, at a pace that feels right for you, with the understanding that you hold the answers within you. My aim is to empower you, helping you reconnect with your inner resources and wisdom, so you can make choices that feel right for you.
I will walk alongside you, supporting your journey by tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals, helping you move forward whilst honouring what matters most to you.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
