About me
I am a fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering confidential counselling sessions either face-to-face in Cheddington, Leighton Buzzard, or over Zoom.
I believe therapy is about giving yourself the time and space to process your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Through counselling and psychotherapy, we can work collaboratively to make sense of your experiences and build pathways to healing and change.
I provide counselling for bereavement, change, coping with difficult situations and emotions, relationships, trauma, depression and anxiety.
Counselling is a very individual experience, so I offer a free 20-minute introductory session to see if we can work together.
I work daytime and some evenings. I look forward to hearing from you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice.
I have trained on placements with Cruse Bereavement, where I still volunteer. Helping clients with their own loss and resulting changes of losing a loved one. With Place2Be, I spent time with young adults, helping them with new school years, anxiety, friendships, and building confidence.
I am a registered member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and adhere to their code of ethics.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
