About me
You might be feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, unsure how to cope, or struggling with patterns that feel difficult to talk about.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can begin to explore what's going on for you at your own pace. You don't need to have the "right words" or everything figured out, we can start wherever you are.
How I can help
I work with adults who may be experiencing:
- Emotional overwhelm,
- Self-harm or urges to self-harm,
- Anxiety or low mood,
- Intense or confusing feelings,
- Feeling stuck or unsure of themselves.
Self-harm can often feel isolating or shameful, and it can be hard to open up about it. In our work together, you will be met with compassion and understanding, without judgement.
We can gently explore what sits beneath these feelings and begin to find more supportive ways for you to cope.
How I work
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from different approaches and modalities to suit you as an individual. I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and my role is to support you in making sense of your thoughts and feelings in a way that feels right for you.
I aim to create a safe, supportive relationship where you feel heard, respected and able to be yourself.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you're used to managing things alone. You are welcome to bring whatever you're carrying, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
If you feel I might be the right counsellor for you, I offer a free 20 minute call where we can explore what's bringing you to counselling and whether we feel like a good fit.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
