About me
Hello and Welcome! I'm a psychotherapist and professional hypnotherapist providing sessions online and in person at Pither’s Yard Natural Health Clinic in Somerset. Helping adults and young people in areas such as bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and confidence issues, eating problems and emotional distress from difficult periods in your life that may be leaving you desperately trying to find ways to cope and leading to an unfulfilling life.
I’m a warm and compassionate counsellor offering an understanding and supportive space for you to feel heard and valued, somewhere you can feel comfortable and safe to be who you are, so you begin to make sense of it all and find your way through this chapter in your life. This isn’t easy work but it can be life changing so for me providing you the right space where you feel confident and at ease is so important, so you can get the most out of your therapy.
I’m here to help, ease any emotional pain or hurt you may be experiencing. Find that sense of safety and trust so you can feel calmer and more in control of your reactions and help strengthen your ability to cope so you can get back to living your life without having to struggle through.
My approach is flexible to meet your needs using different techniques to suit you and your process, fostering your self-esteem, resilience and well-being. Meeting you as you are and getting to know how your experiences have impacted your life so I fully understand your personal hopes and goals and work with you to achieve them.
So whether you are wanting to find and understand yourself better, heal and see yourself in a different light, work through difficult experiences or past traumas or develop better ways to cope when things become unmanageable, I can help so get in touch.
