About me
I am a HCPC registered Integrative Art Psychotherapist with experience working across schools, community settings, and private practice.
My work is grounded in psychotherapy and shaped by each individual. I take an integrative approach, meaning I draw on different ways of working to support you, whether that’s through conversation, creative exploration, or both.
I have experience supporting people with anxiety, trauma, identity, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. At the centre of my work is the therapeutic relationship, creating a space that feels safe, steady, and non-judgemental.
HOW I WORK
Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible.
Some sessions are primarily conversational, giving you space to talk things through, explore patterns, and reflect more deeply.
For some, creative approaches can be more helpful in accessing thoughts or feelings that are harder to put into words, but this is always optional.
There is no right way to do therapy. We find what works for you.
DO I HAVE TO USE ART?
No.
Many clients choose to work entirely through talking therapy. Creative approaches are simply another option, offered where they feel useful, never expected.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
