About me
Hi, I’m Jasmin. I’m a qualified counsellor and the founder of Sweet Souls, a calm, nurturing space where people can explore their emotions, feel heard, and begin to reconnect with themselves. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative, offering support at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with adults of all genders and backgrounds, supporting those navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship challenges, low self‑esteem, low self‑worth, grief, or a general sense of feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Many people come to me feeling stuck, unsure where to begin, or like they’ve been carrying too much for too long.
Alongside counselling, I also offer holistic therapies such as reflexology and reiki. These can be integrated into your journey if you choose, creating a more connected mind–body–energy approach to healing. Many clients find this combination helpful.
Sweet Souls is a welcoming environment where you don’t need to have everything figured out. You can simply arrive as you are, and we’ll explore things together, working towards greater clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of self‑connection.
I offer a free 15‑minute consultation to help you decide whether working together feels right for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, a qualification that grounds my approach in creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space. This training allows me to offer a blend of traditional therapeutic techniques with a warm, human touch, always at a pace that feels right for you.
In addition to my diploma, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, supporting them through anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, relationship challenges, and the journey toward greater self-connection. Together, we take things at your pace, creating a calm space for you to make sense of what your feeling, integrating holistic therapies if that feels right for you.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
