About me
I’m an Integrated Hypno-Psychotherapist, offering all NICE guideline therapies. I’m also a fully qualified life and business coach. I’m trained in numerous different therapeutic interventions bespoking my tool box for the clients individual needs.
Training, qualifications & experience
I’m trained in EFT (Accredited Practitioner), Neuro, Linguistic Programming, Mindfulness Based Inner-Repatterning, ILM 7 (Masters equivalent) in International Leadership, Management, Mentoring and Mediation as well as a variety of holistic therapies including colour therapy, yoga, chakra healing, belief coding, Freeing Children from Adverse Childhood experiences and Reiki level 1.
I continue to learn new things helping my clients to to find the best versions of themselves balance and peace quickly. I work with both children and adults. I’m an accredited member of the National Counselling Society, on their NCYPT (children and young persons register) The Hypnotherapy Society and EFTi (formerly AAMET) Fully insured and have full DBS check. I regularly attend mentoring and have regular supervision.
