About me
I offer therapeutic support and guidance through a skilled, non-judgmental and safe approach which enables you to talk and have the space to think things over or heal. You may have identified that you need time to renew your perspective, explore pathways for growth. You might need space to regroup and reflect, or just feel better and more positive about life. I will listen carefully, with care and empathy, help you make sense of things. I have counselled people who have experienced many difficult, painful or tangled emotions.
My sessions allow time to focus on these emotions so that people work towards clarity and solutions within themselves.
I offer clinical supervision to qualified practitioners and individuals who are training.
Student and some low cost sessions are available.
