About me
Do you find yourself faking confidence, thinking you aren’t good enough, avoiding opportunities or things you previously enjoyed?
Does self-doubt stop you from taking the next step in your career, personal life or speaking up in meetings?
Do you struggle to communicate your needs in your relationships, leaving you feeling resentful or further draining your confidence?
If Low Self-Esteem or lack of confidence is stopping you from having the life you want then it’s a good time to make a change
We all face difficulties that can lead to choices we later question. Those experiences don’t define you, and they don’t have to shape your future.
It’s not uncommon to feel or believe the old confident you is lost forever or that you just aren’t a confident person. If any of this resonates with you, it doesn’t have to stay this way.
My counselling style focuses on working with people feeling isolated, helpless, stuck or uncertain about their future and I can integrate this with addressing other counselling related issues, such as anxiety or depression.
I help clients break the cycle of self-doubt and feelings of being stuck helping them move forwards in their lives and I can help you too.
When confidence is low, even simple decisions can feel overwhelming. Leaving us with low moods, anxiety, feelings of being stuck, stressed and frustrated.
Together, we can create tailor made tools unique to your own situation to help you get to where you want to be.
How I Can Help You Break Free from Self-Doubt and Rebuild Confidence
I believe that confidence isn’t something you’re born with or without. I believe it’s something that can be developed and worked on throughout our lives. My work focuses on helping clients identify the patterns that are holding them back and break free from them, allowing them to become more confident, self-empowered and the best version of themselves.
Through our sessions, we will explore the root causes of self-doubt, identifying the thoughts, feelings, and triggers that keep you playing small. By reframing these patterns and creating personalised coping strategies, you can start to regain control over your emotions and behaviours. As confidence builds, you’ll find yourself navigating challenges with greater ease, communicating more effectively, and setting healthier boundaries, both personally and professionally.
Many clients notice a shift within just a few sessions, feeling more self-assured and capable of making decisions without fear of judgment or failure.
Our work together may involve exploring limiting beliefs, inner critic work, past experiences, attachment patterns, and fear of rejection, all of which can contribute to low self-esteem.
By bringing awareness to these areas and introducing practical tools, we will strengthen your resilience and help you move forward with clarity and self-trust.
Whether you’re looking to step up in your career, build stronger relationships, or simply stop second-guessing yourself, I provide a supportive and empowering space to help you take back control.
If self-doubt has been holding you back, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can help you build confidence and create a future where you feel strong, capable, and in control.
