About me
I am a dedicated integrative Counsellor with a passion for helping people uncover their inner strength and navigate life's challenges.
With a diverse background in counselling, I have honed my skills to provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of each client I work with. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of walking alongside clients from all walks of life, whether they are grappling with major life transitions or overcoming deep-rooted trauma.
My approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to see my clients thrive. One aspect of my journey that deeply informs my practice is my personal experience with ADHD.
This firsthand insight in neurodivergent experiences fuels my commitment to empowering individuals to embrace their full potential and celebrate their unique strengths.
As a therapist I believe in the power of collaboration and ongoing growth. I am dedicated to continually expanding my knowledge and skills throughout professional development opportunities, ensuring I can provide the highest level of care to those I serve.
Above all, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space, where clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely. Together we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, paving the way for a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I look forward to an opportunity to support you on your path to healing and transformation.
