About me
Have you lost your confidence, sense of self, or purpose? Maybe there are current or past issues that are blocking you from thriving. Are you seeing patterns repeat themselves in relationships, or maybe you just need a safe space to talk?
If you're feeling anxious, depressed, or anything in between, we can look at the wider picture to help clear the fog, get your feet on steady ground, and make the changes you want to see.
I believe you are the expert on yourself; my role is to help you to understand how you relate to yourself & others by building authenticity, acceptance, and empowerment. This can be particularly helpful for neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ clients struggling with issues of identity in a world that often doesn't reflect them.
Together we will overcome your difficulties, clear out unhelpful thoughts/behaviours, all in a friendly, safe & accessible manner.
My practice is LGBTQ+, neurodiverse & culturally affirming, and I offer weekly, 50-minute sessions online. Let's start with a free 15-minute chat so you feel confident in making the right choice - I look forward to meeting you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am qualified to work with adults via a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice through Chrysalis Not For Profit Ltd - Accredited Professional Therapy Training.
I am also an Accredited Registrant of the NCPS - MNCPS(Acc).
Furthermore, I have three years experience working and volunteering within the charity sector, where I gained specific experience working with gender and sexual diversity, as well as neurodiversity.
