I am a qualified Integrative counsellor who is offering support and help to anyone who is going through a difficult time. I work with a range of problems such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues or bereavement. I believe that no one should be left alone when experiencing difficult times, therefore I offer my support and help in a safe environment, where clients can explore their deepest thoughts, feelings and emotions and find a route to peace and happiness.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a BACP Accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London. My approach is Integrative which means that I draw on a variety of techniques, depending on what suits my client's needs best.
During my qualification process, I had a chance to work in a busy Counselling centre in South London and I offered long-term and short-term (NHS) therapy to clients on weekly basis.
After qualifying, I have created my own private practice based in Victoria, Central London and I continuously aim to learn, gain new skills and better myself in psychotherapy.
Prior to becoming a professional and experienced psychotherapist, I studied Psychology, mostly focusing on Mental Health and whilst I studied these beautiful and interesting areas of expertise, I worked as a recruitment consultant in one of the biggest staffing companies in London.
