About me

Looking for therapy? This is the right time!

Sometimes it can feel difficult or almost impossible to share what's hurting you, with your surrounding. Seeking for help in therapy means that you need and deserve to have the time for yourself, to explore what you are currently going through and freely express your feelings and share your thoughts, concerns and the difficulties you are experiencing.

Therapy will create a safe and non-judgmental space solely for your needs. You can reflect on your current experiences, build a deeper awareness of the past or present situations and use your time to work on whatever brings you to therapy and I will walk with you in your therapeutic journey.

I am a qualified Integrative therapist, working with range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement and childhood trauma to name few, and I believe that no one should be left alone when experiencing difficult times. Therefore, feel free to contact me to further explore how we might be working together throughout your therapeutic journey.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a BACP Accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London. My approach is Integrative which means that I draw on a variety of techniques, depending on what suits my client's needs best.

During my qualification process, I had a chance to work in a busy Counselling centre in South London and I offered long-term and short-term (NHS) therapy to clients on weekly basis. I have also volunteered in ChildLine as a telephone counsellor.

After qualifying, I have built my own private practice and I am able to see clients in my office near Victoria and near Clapham Junction. I am also available to take on new clients for online therapy (via Zoom).

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
