About me
I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health Care Professionals Council. I currently work in the NHS whilst delivering evidence-based therapy and assessments in private practice. I work with adolescents and adults (16+) and have over a decade of experience across various mental health settings, including charities, schools, inpatient wards and community settings. I can help with a wide range of difficulties, with particular expertise in working with: anxiety, low mood and/or sense of self-worth, relationship and attachment trauma, struggles with change or life transitions, childhood abuse, and eating distress or disorders.
I am trained to a doctoral level in a range of therapeutic models, with a specialist interest in psychodynamic therapy. I take an integrative approach so that our therapeutic work will be tailored to your difficulties. I endeavour to work with you in a way that is compassionate and at the same time supports you in being accountable for making steps towards positive change.
I am committed to continuous training, ongoing supervision, and staying up to date with the latest research and guidelines.

What to Expect:
- We can arrange a short, free initial discussion via phone or online to discuss your circumstances and this will help us decide whether it is appropriate to arrange an initial assessment session together.
- Psychological assessments can take up to two 60-minute sessions to allow us time to gain a comprehensive understanding of your difficulties and your aims for therapy.
- We can then arrange follow-up therapy appointments, should you still choose to pursue therapy, and I feel a good fit for you. These appointments are typically weekly and last 60 minutes.
