Further information

We provide in-person services and support in different parts of Yorkshire to meet the needs of our clients, with therapeutic spaces in Leeds, York and other parts of Yorkshire on request. We also work in people's homes. All our spaces aim to offer a calm and private space for you to have a high quality session with us.

In addition, we provide support for individuals and couples online, on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, What's app or a video call using our telehealth system. For some clients, we provide a mix of face-to-face and online support.

We offer all clients an initial call free of charge where we can get to know each other, people can explain the support that they are looking for and you can ask any questions that will help you to make a decision. It is important to us that you make the decision believing that it will be a really good match, that you think we'll be able to work together well.

If you do decide to get support from us, we will then send you some written information to complete. This ensures that we meet all the professional and statutory standards that are in place that safeguards your information and care with us.

Some clients have fed back that making the first contact can be the hardest step. But once they do this, things get easier quicker. We can assure you that when you reach out to us, you will receive a warm, non-judgmental and personable response. We're here to help you to meet your needs in balance and effectively deal with whatever's happening for you.

We look forward to hearing from you. Our general email is contact@inspirelifetherapy.co.uk, call or text 07399 085458.
