About me

Does therapy feel daunting? Absolutely, especially if you feel you have not been heard in the past. Healing often begins with one brave conversation, one small, yet daunting first step.

Maybe you’ve reached a point where even the small things feel hard. You are doing everything you can, but inside there’s this steady hum of ‘something’s not right’, something causing your anxiety. You might not even have the words for it, you just know you can’t keep pushing through on empty.

I help individuals heal their inner child, set healthy boundaries, and transform limiting self-worth beliefs. My work especially supports neurodivergent people who have spent years feeling unheard or overlooked, offering a space where you can finally feel seen and understood.
I gently challenge the beliefs that hold you back, using thoughtful questioning and offering perspectives that your mind may not always access on its own, so you can grow into the person you’re ready to become.

Hi, I’m Ines and forget everything you think you know about therapy, just for a moment.

Take a deep breath. You’re in the right place.

Yes, I’m a qualified therapist, but I’m also human. I’m a neurodivergent person (ADHD and Dyslexia) who has lived a full life, and who’s spent a lifetime learning to understand my own wiring and emotions, I know what it’s like to feel both too much and not enough. Therapy with me isn’t about labels or getting it ‘right’, it’s about being allowed to be fully human while we make sense of what hurts.

Maybe life looks fine on paper…the job, the partner, the house…but inside, something’s missing. Most people don’t talk about that part. They just keep going. But the truth is, what you ignore doesn’t disappear. It stays in the
background, shaping everything

How I help you? I ask questions to help you help rebuild your relationship with yourself, because how we see ourselves shapes every other relationship we have. Whether you’re navigating trauma, low self-worth, anxiety or a disconnect with a partner, we will work together to help you feel safe in your own skin.

No fluff, no jargon.  I might sit on the opposite sofa, or on the floor with you. I could ask you to talk to an empty chair, or pick a few cards out of an emotion card set to help you become unstuck and see your patterns.

This isn’t about fixing you. You’re not broken. It’s about learning how to love yourself and communicate with people around you, in a way that’s honest, compassionate, and sustainable.

My aim is simple: to provide a warm, non-judgmental sanctuary where you can speak honestly about your thoughts and feelings, explore what’s happening in your life, and find your own authentic path forward.

Reaching out can feel uncomfortable. I get that. You don't have to know what to say or even where to start. Just send a message, and we'll take it from there, one small step at a time.

There are many ways you can contact me, so choose which ever method is best for you. Links to my website are at the top of the page, or message me on 07761899649.

Do I need therapy? What will it bring? Those questions are completely normal. 😁
