About me

Feeling exhausted from constantly adapting to everyone else's expectations?

There are moments in life when we quietly drift away from ourselves.

After years of masking, people-pleasing, overthinking or simply carrying too much, you may look as though you're coping while feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure who you really are beneath it all.

If this feels familiar, you're not alone.

WHO I AM
I'm a qualified Gestalt counsellor with a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity and lived experience of neurodivergence. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore what's happening for you and reconnect with your authentic self.

HOW I CAN HELP
I support people experiencing:

Late-discovered neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and AuDHD)
• Masking and burnout
• Rejection sensitivity and emotional overwhelm
• Anxiety, depression and low mood
• Trauma and abuse recovery
• Low self-esteem and shame
Relationship and communication challenges
• People-pleasing and perfectionism

MY APPROACH
I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms. Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs and coping strategies that have shaped your life, helping you develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion and choice.

PRACTICAL DETAILS
In person: Home visits across Dawlish, Teignmouth, Exminster and Newton Abbot

Walk & Talk: Outdoor sessions combining movement and nature

Online: Secure WhatsApp video sessions

GETTING STARTED
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you're used to carrying things alone.

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call so you can ask questions and decide whether we're a good fit.

If you're ready to feel more at ease, strengthen your relationships, and live more authentically, I'd love to hear from you.
