About me
Hello and welcome. I’m a caring and supportive, integrative counsellor offering a safe space to explore the challenges you that you may be facing. My approach is rooted in empathy and a deep commitment to the therapeutic relationship.
Together, we can work through difficult life experiences, helping you move towards greater self-understanding, personal growth, and a renewed sense of vitality.
My approach?
I am also a breathwork practitioner so it is likely we will work with the body as well as the mind. This is done in a deeply collaborative way to help you find your unique roadmap to personal wellbeing.
I incorporate deep listening with a range of different approaches, according to whatever you feel you need in the moment. You may choose to bring in parts work, look at attachment styles, shadow work or other creative interventions.
Along the way, you’ll build new tools and resources you can bring into everyday life to feel more calm, safe, and connected. I’ll be alongside you as you take action toward creating the thriving life you choose.
