About me

If you’re feeling trapped by anxiety, OCD, or self-doubt, you’re not alone. These struggles can be overwhelming, but with the right support, they don’t have to control your life. My approach combines creative and evidence-based strategies to help you regain confidence and take back control. With 13 years experience as a psychotherapist, I specialize in helping people break free from anxiety, self esteem struggles, traumatic events and OCD. I’ll help you understand why your symptoms present and teach you practical strategies to reduce them—so you can live life on your terms. If you're ready to take the first step toward change, I'd love to hear from you.

For OCD, I use ERP to help face fears safely and ACT to build tolerance to uncertainty—so intrusive thoughts lose their power. If you struggle with perfectionism or self-doubt, you’re not alone. These patterns often stem from deep-rooted experiences. Through inner child work, we’ll heal past wounds, rebuild confidence, and create a healthier version of you.

Together, we’ll create a personalized approach that fits your unique needs, helping you build confidence, resilience, and lasting change. I also support individuals through pregnancy & postnatal challenges. You don’t have to do this alone—I’d love to support you on your journey. Reach out today for a free consultation and let’s take the first step together.

Training, qualifications & experience

With a BSc in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT, a Postgraduate Certificate in Low Intensity CBT, and over 13 years' experience as a psychotherapist, I've found inner child work to be one of the most powerful and versatile approaches for deep, lasting healing.

Inner child work is a powerful and transformative approach within therapy that helps us to connect with the younger parts of ourselves that may still carry unresolved pain, unmet needs or emotional wounds. By gently exploring and nurturing these inner parts, we can begin to heal long-standing issues related to low- self esteem, persistent emotional blocks, and past traumatic experiences. One of the strengths of inner child work is its flexibility- it can be adapted to suit each persons unique story. Whether you're feeling stuck, struggling with self-worth, or working through difficult memories, this approach can bring deep insight, compassion and lasting change.

I specialise in supporting clients through pre and post natal challenges, including anxiety, low mood, identity shifts, and the emotional impact of parenthood. As a mum of two young children, I understand first hand how overwhelming and isolating this period can feel- and I've personally experienced the mental health struggles that can arise, particularly after the birth of my second child. This lived experience, combined with my professional training, gives me deep empathy and insight into the complexities of this time.

I also know how truly life-changing therapy can be, offering a space to feel seen, supported, and to rediscover strength and clarity amidst the chaos.
