About me

Hello, my name is Henna and I have been a counsellor since 2012.

Counselling was first offered to me when I was a teenager struggling with overwhelming emotions.

This experience was life-changing. It focussed my choices. Gave me purpose.

I want to offer you the same.

Are you?

  • Feeling overwhelmed with challenges and emotions?
  • Struggling to break free from certain thoughts, behaviours or emotions?
  • Thinking things don’t seem to get better, no matter how hard you try?
  • If any of these resonate with you right now, then talking can help.

Counselling isn’t about telling you what to do or how to do it; it is about walking alongside you on your path, helping you to navigate through, empowering you to find the resources or learn how to

With over 15 years experience within a range of settings, my practice is a safe place within the Dudley area.

Many of my years practising have been with both children and adults, Working with issues such as grief & loss, relationship issues, family conflict, abuse, bi-culturalism, of which I specialise within, and have my own personal experiences to draw on.

However my main aim is to meet you in the place where you are at, facilitating an environment you need to grow and break out of bad habits, and overcome those negative thought patterns and break the chains of anxiety and depression. I believe there is always a way through, and I work to empower you to make the choices you need to live more fulfilling life.

Contact me for a chat, see how it feels and we can take it from there.
