About me
Are you suffering with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, low self worth or emotional distress of any kind? Welcome! I am passionate about good mental health and relationships, I believe that we can all achieve this through awareness of the origin of ourselves, our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and a commitment to be well. I also believe that therapy should be a normal part of how we take care of ourselves and available to everyone, for this reason I keep my fee as low as is practical, aiding accessibility. I have many years experience working for the NHS and I have a private practice in East Grinstead, RH19.
Please get in touch if you require short or long term support for a variety of mental health or relationship problems. I provide a safe, secure and judgement free space for you to express, develop and heal in the time you need.
