About me
Sometimes life can seem overwhelming and difficult to cope with. We can feel stuck in behaviours and emotions that we want to change, but don't know how to. At times like these I can provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental relationship, where you can take the time you need to find new and more harmonious ways of being.
If you’re struggling with difficulties such as anxiety, motivation, depression, trauma or chronic illness, then I can warmly support you to understand and transform your experience and create the life you would like. We will use our first session to explore what it is you're looking for from therapy - and how we might work together. Some of my clients work with me for several years, some for a few months or weeks, depending on the outcome they are seeking to achieve.
My specialist psychotherapy training is in Transactional Analysis for individuals ( adults and teenagers) and couples . I have completed four years of advanced training in Eco TA and as well as indoor, I offer clients outdoor therapy in a woodland garden. I have also trained in Humanistic Counselling and N.L.P, and have extensive experience in Co-Counselling.
I also provide supervision for TA trainees, both individually and group (in person and online).

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
UKATA (formally the Institute of Transactional Analysis) is the national UK Transactional Analysis organisation representing all fields of TA theory and practice. TA can be used as an effective tool in a wide range of contexts such as: personal development, management, coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, teaching, education, parenting and more.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I see therapy clients and supervisees in person and online, both indoors and outdoors.

My outdoor practise is in a woodland garden, with direct access to nature, as well as semi permanent structures for shelter, and outdoor charcoal fires for warmth on colder days.
