About us
I know life can become overwhelming at times, and looking for a counsellor can be a daunting thought, especially when you may already be feeling anxious, in a panic, or so full to capacity that you are finding it challenging to make any decisions right now. You may have had counselling in the past, or it might be be your first time, but you’re here now, and reaching out is the first step.
I work integratively and holistically, combining different concepts and somatic approaches. We spend a lot of time in our heads trying to make sense of everything, overthinking, catastrophising and our minds and bodies react to this and hold memory. Together, we will work to identify your needs, how you react, relate to others, what patterns have developed and what affect it this is all having on you. I will support you to feel at ease, seen, and held, as we explore your emotions and challenges, to empower you to bring about change or self-acceptance.
I have supported clients mental health through a range of challenges, trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, bereavement, anger, depression, attachment, neurodiversity, OCD, self-harm and more. Together, we will go on a journey to get a feel of what is it like to be you in your world. Bringing awareness to any previous experiences that may be affecting your current life, which may be leaving you feeling stuck, both mentally and physically. Sometimes when we react, we may notice that we overreact as its not just what's happening right now, there is other stuff happening underneath and we just can explain it. Maybe you are feeling sad, or at a stage of life where you could use some support navigating changes through health, relationships, lifestyle, or your environment and finding it a challenge being fulfilled with the present.
I understand location is important and having a counsellor nearby can support our busy lives, so I can offer face to face sessions, in Spitalfields, Bethnal Green and Harold Wood. I am also open to working online, giving that flexibility if it works better for you.
It's important to feel you are with the right therapist, so I'm happy to offer you an initial free 15 min telephone call, to get a sense of what is troubling you right now and we can take it from there. Send me a message or text to arrange. It's free! You are under no obligation to go any further after that call.

Member organisations *
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
