About me
Hello, I’m Hasan, a Transactional Analysis (TA) therapist and a registered NCPS counsellor.
I offer in-person therapy in the Bexleyheath area and online therapy throughout the UK. I specialise working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals.
Working In-person and Online:
I work with a variety of people who are
- navigating stress,
- anxiety,
- depression,
- Low Self-esteem,
- LGBTQIA+ issues,
- Discrimination
- And more
I’m especially passionate about exploring issues around identity, including culture, race, and sexuality. I aim to provide a space where you feel safe to express yourself and explore what matters most to you. Separately, as a man who identifies as LGBTQIA+ from a Muslim culture, I work extensively with people with similar backgrounds. The shared experience and culture allow for a deeper understanding from the start.
Working with Deaf Individuals:
I’m particularly dedicated to supporting the Deaf community and individuals with hearing loss, creating a space where you can feel fully understood and cared for. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as a sign language interpreter, which gives me a unique perspective and allows me to offer a rich, supportive experience for both Deaf and hearing individuals.
Theoretical Framework:
Transactional Analysis (TA) therapy is a powerful tool for personal growth. It can help you unlock your full potential and improve your overall well-being. Rooted in a Humanistic approach, TA goes beyond traditional talk therapy, offering a practical and compassionate way to create positive change in your life.
Not sure and want a chat?
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore what’s bringing you to therapy. If it feels like we’re a good match, we’ll arrange ongoing sessions at a time that suits you.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes once a week, but I’m flexible and happy to adjust the frequency to meet your needs.
I look forward to supporting you on your path to well-being and personal growth.
Warm regards,
Hasan
