About me

NEW CLIENT OFFER

I now offer face-to-face sessions on Mondays from a dedicated therapy space in Shepton Mallet. I currently have limited availability for in-person clients and am offering an introductory rate of £40 per session for my first six face-to-face clients for their first six sessions.

-------

Hi, I’m Harriet! I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor and personal development coach with ten years experience working in mental health and wellbeing. I have a special focus on spirituality and manifestation, and my primary working model is solution-focused and goal-orientated.

The way I work is that we would have weekly sessions (£50 a session online, £55 in person- concessions available) online that would focus on where you are, where you want to be, and what barriers exist currently that are stopping that growth from happening. We'd primarily look at the stories you are telling yourself that are keeping you stuck, the beliefs and experiences that have lead to you reaching this point, and how we can install better programming into your subconscious mind so that growth not only becomes exciting and feels achievable again, but is inevitable.

I live and breathe personal development, and could talk all day about manifestation and your spiritual journey. I absolutely believe that the right people find me at the right time, as I have worked with some fantastic clients and had some life-changing results. So if you're reading this and want to have a chat with me or if you'd like to know more, reach out!! I'm available for a free 20 minute consultation so you can see if I'm on your wavelength, and you can also read more about my work on my website.

I can't wait to hear from you and get stuck in :)

I work online and in person from Shepton Mallet.
