About me
Hi, I’m Harriet – a psychotherapeutic counsellor and coach.
I work with a range of clients and issues, and am confident that I can support you with whatever you're ready to bring. My experience has primarily lead me to work with women in their 20s and 30s who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, low motivation, or relationship challenges—and who are ready to invest in their emotional and spiritual growth. If this resonates with you, you’re on a journey of self-discovery and craving support that blends practical tools with soulful reflection, then do reach out.
I help people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they truly are. If you’ve been asking yourself, “Is this really it?”—you’re not alone. And the answer is no. Change is possible, even if you’re not yet sure what that change looks like.
Clients often come to me for support with:
-Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
-Low mood, apathy or lack of direction
-Difficult or unfulfilling relationships
-Communication struggles—with others or yourself
Our sessions are a safe, supportive space where you can unpack what’s going on without judgment. My approach is gentle but focused, with a solution-orientated slant: we explore where you are now, where you’d like to be, and the small, meaningful steps that can take you there. Sessions are shaped around you and your pace—whether that’s talking through the issue or exploring what it’s really costing you beneath the surface.
If spirituality is a part of your journey, you're very welcome to bring that into our work. Many of my clients are moving through big inner shifts and want to feel seen and supported as they grow—inside and out.
The 50 minute sessions are £50 and held online, meaning I can work with you wherever you are. I offer a free 20-minute introductory video call so you can get a feel for me and ask any questions before deciding whether to move forward.
If something in this speaks to you, I’d love to hear from you!
