About me
I work with clients through a strong spiritual lens to support you better understand yourself, your experiences, and your behaviours and reactions. I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor and personal development coach with ten years experience working in mental health and wellbeing, and have a special focus on spirituality, manifestation, self development, and the subconscious mind. My primary working model is solution-focused and goal-orientated. Our sessions would start with understanding where you currently are and who you currently identify as, and then creating a vision for who you want to be and the life you want to live, including the relationship dynamics you want to experience. I also encourage discussion around what you're manifesting and why- this can be a wonderful piece of work to encourage self reflection but most importantly- change!
We would have weekly sessions that would focus on what barriers exist currently that are stopping that growth from happening. We'd primarily look at the stories you are telling yourself that are keeping you stuck, the beliefs and experiences that have lead to you reaching this point, and how we can install better programming into your subconscious mind so that growth not only becomes exciting and feels achievable again, but is inevitable.
I live and breathe personal development, and could talk all day about growth, manifestation and creation, and your spiritual journey. I absolutely believe that the right people find me at the right time, as I have worked with some fantastic clients and had some life-changing results. Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a BSc degree in Psychology and have completed a level 5 course in psychotherapeutic counselling. I have continued education and qualifications in humanistic counselling, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
