About me
I am an integrative therapist offering a supportive and comfortable environment in Ashford, Kent.
Whether you’re seeking counselling or psychotherapy, my approach is compassionate, professional, and highly personalized.
An integrative therapist combines various theories to create a bespoke experience for each client’s unique needs, preferences and circumstances.
1:1 counselling services usually takes place in my therapy room in Ashford, but you’re welcome to talk to me on the phone, or over live video if you prefer.
Growing up with a parent who struggled with mental health issues shaped my life in ways I never fully understood at the time. As a child, I witnessed first hand the confusion, unpredictability, and emotional turmoil that came with it.
Life continued to throw challenges my way and it was this point I sought therapy to understand the emotions that I was feeling.
Undergoing my own therapy process changed everything. It helped me confront my past, build self-awareness and make peace with my experiences, which ultimately led me to a newfound purpose—helping others.
Now, I am committed to using my journey to empower and support those who may be facing their own struggles.
