About me

You don't have to navigate difficult times on your own!

My name's Hannah and I am an Integrative Counsellor and Life Coach, with extensive experience supporting people who have suffered the loss of a child.

As an integrative counsellor and life coach, I'm trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, which means I can tailor our work together to you, your needs and what feels most helpful.

I believe that therapy can be both a space to understand yourself more deeply and a place to discover practical tools that can make a positive difference in your everyday life. I can offer a range of approaches and strategies that you can use both within and outside of our sessions, giving you practical ways to manage difficult moments and support yourself between sessions.

As a qualified Life Coach, our work doesn't have to focus solely on what has happened in the past. If you're feeling stuck, uncertain about your direction, struggling with confidence or simply know that you want something to change, I can support you to explore what you want for yourself and identify practical steps towards creating a life that feels more fulfilling.

Alongside my private counselling work, I work with a specialist Baby-loss charity, supporting parents and families following the devasting loss of a baby through Miscarriage, Stillbirth, TFMR or Neonatal loss. This experience has given me a particular understanding of grief, trauma and the many different ways loss can affect our emotions, relationships and everyday lives. I recognise there is no single way to grieve, and I will always work at your pace with compassion and without judgement.

Taking that first step towards counselling can feel daunting, and finding someone you feel comfortable with and can trust is really important. My aim is to offer a warm, safe and non -judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and truly yourself.

So whether you're coming to therapy because of something you've experienced, something you're struggling with in the present, or because you want to move towards something different in the future, we can work together to understand what you need and what might help.

I offer a free 15-minute call, giving us the opportunity to have a chat, answer any questions and see whether we feel like the right fit for each other.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
  • Qualified Integrative Counsellor
  • Qualified Life Coach
  • EFT Advanced Practitioner
  • Specialist training in Baby Loss and Bereavement
  • Ongoing professional development
  • Registered member of the BACP and NCPS

Alongside my training and professional qualifications, I have experience supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds, with different experiences, challenges and reasons for seeking support. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life changes and feeling stuck or uncertain about the future.

Also working with a specialist baby loss charity, this has given me the experience of supporting people through grief, trauma and the many different ways the loss of a child can affect emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing, as well as relationships, feelings of isolation and everyday life.

My own life experiences have also shaped the way I work and the importance I place on offering a genuine, compassionate and non-judgemental space, to meet each person as an individual, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
