About me
I am a Counselling Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist based in Sheffield.
I am a calm, caring and understanding individual with extensive mental health experience behind me.
I have worked with long-term mental health conditions on behalf of the NHS and have worked for several years with a mental health charity.
As a former firefighter and having worked overseas alongside the armed forces I have experience working with both active and former service personnel.
My practice is located at 'The Practice' rooms in Broomhill, Sheffield (S10); which provide a calm, inclusive and safe space for all.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an experienced, integrative counsellor; drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centered therapy, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Attachment theory.
I utilise these techniques and modalities along many others to provide a therapeutic relationship and treatment plan best suited for each individual clients needs.

Sessions are one hour long, which includes a 50 minute 'therapeutic hour'.
