Are you facing challenges in your life that feel overwhelming? Would you like to change how things are, or gain a better understanding of what is going on for you? Perhaps what you are experiencing is due to a relationship, something to do with your job or studies, a bereavement or other loss, or something less definable - perhaps just a sense that something is not right for you. Maybe it is connected to neuro-diversity, low self esteem, depression or anxiety.
Whatever your difficulty is, and no matter how big or small you consider it to be, by looking for therapy, you are taking an important step in your longer term wellbeing. Please know that I am here to help you, either through therapy with me, or through a chat that would highlight other types of therapy which may be more appropriate for you.
As a person-centred therapist, I will help you explore what is going on for you with empathy and non-judgement. Bringing difficult aspects of your experience into awareness with acceptance creates the space for healing and moving forward in a direction that is positive for you. Speaking from personal experience, positive change can come about through this process and seemingly insurmountable challenges can be overcome.
I understand that finding the right therapist for you is key to the success of any therapy - and I offer a free initial phone consultation so we can get to know each other a bit before we agree to see each other.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
