About me

I see therapy not as a process of 'fixing' you, but as a collaborative space to explore what may be happening beneath the surface. I bring warmth, curiosity and honesty to my work. I believe that feeling truly heard, often for the first time, is itself part of what creates change.

Who I work with

I work with individual adults and young people aged 16+. Many of the people I see are living with:

  • Anxiety: persistent worry, panic, or a constant sense of dread that’s affecting daily life
  • Depression: low mood, loss of motivation, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others
  • Low self-esteem or self-doubt: feeling not enough, or unsure of your own worth
  • Relationship difficulties: navigating break-ups, divorce, or uncertainty about the future of a relationship
  • Life transitions and identity questions: decisions about careers, relationships, parenthood, or who you want to be
  • Stress, burnout, anger, or bereavement
  • Neurodivergence: navigating a recent diagnosis, wondering whether you might be neurodivergent, or making sense of how it shows up in daily life alongside things like burnout or low self-esteem.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD or autism, whether newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or just starting to explore it. I offer an affirming space to think about what that means for you, alongside anything else that’s brought you to therapy.

How I can help

That feeling of being stuck, overwhelmed, flat, or never quite good enough can feel all-consuming, as though things will never change.

In our sessions together, we can begin to make sense of what's really going on: the patterns, fears, and unmet needs that are shaping how you feel and what's holding you back.

Therapy with me can help you:

  • Understand and manage anxiety, rather than being ruled by it
  • Lift low mood and reconnect with a sense of meaning and motivation
  • Build a stronger, kinder relationship with yourself
  • Gain clarity on difficult decisions and life crossroads
  • Reconnect with your values and sense of identity

My approach

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT-informed techniques, tailoring therapy to your individual needs rather than following a fixed agenda.

My style is warm, supportive and non-judgmental. I believe meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built together over time.

NCPS
National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS)

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
