How can I help you?

I can help you overcome what is happening in your life that you would like to change.  I can also help you gain understanding, discover your own innate resources and find solutions.  I don’t just listen; I will use the latest psychotherapeutic tools and techniques to help you overcome whatever difficulties you’re facing. My aim is to help you feel better from the very first session.

How long are the sessions?

My sessions are 60 minutes.

How long do I need to see you?

I strive to help people in as few sessions as possible.

Where do you work?

I work over Zoom, FaceTime or phone. I also see people in person from my therapy room. In warmer months I work from my garden room.  Birdsong often fills the garden room and my clients often marvel at the views of birds at our bird feeders.

My therapy rooms are in Barnet, North London, a seven minute walk from New Barnet overground station, 20 minute walk from Cockfosters tube station or a five minute walk from five different bus routes. There is free parking outside the property.

What type of psychotherapy did you train in?

I trained as a Human Givens therapist. Human Givens is a school of therapy that is based on current psychotherapeutic research and techniques to help people make significant and long-lasting changes to their lives.
