About me
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist offering a confidential, thoughtful and non-judgemental space for adults and couples in London Bridge and Barnes, Richmond upon Thames.
Whether you're in distress, looking for change or simply fed-up with no rhyme or reason, I can help.
Psychotherapy can be transformative – often not through sudden change, but through a quieter, deeper process of coming to understand yourself.
In our work together, we would pay attention to your thoughts and feelings, your relationships, and the ways past experiences may be shaping the present. Over time, this can help you make sense of what you are facing and create room for change, acceptance and a greater sense of ease.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, and it is important to find someone who feels right for you. I offer a free initial consultation online or by phone, with no obligation to continue. This gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of how we might work together.
I offer once-weekly and twice-weekly psychotherapy, either on an ongoing basis or for a shorter-term period. Sessions are available in person in London Bridge, Richmond upon Thames or online via Zoom. You do not need to know in advance what format or frequency would suit you best, we can think about this together.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
