About me


I am a Systemic Psychotherapist/counsellor, I provide therapy services to individuals, families and couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships. I can assist in bringing some positive changes into their lives.  I am a bilingual (Spanish) therapist.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am fully qualified as a Systemic Psychotherapist (MSc) registered at UKCP and AFT. I also hold an Integrative Counselling certificate recognised by BACP. I am Fully professionally insured. I have several years of practice, working at Homerton hospital in a solution focus clinic for adults and working with couples, parents and their children at CAMHS. I also worked at women’s bilingual counselling brief therapy services at LAWRS,  lately I have worked with colleagues in the Non Violent Resistance methodology (NVR) developing clinics and training for practitioners and parents in London.

Currently, I am working with couples, families and individuals in private practice, dealing with issues of relationships, separation, anxiety,  identity, LBGTQ+issues, depression, divorce, bereavement, relational and communication difficulties, etc.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
