About me

Hi, I’m George – thanks for taking the time to read my profile.

On the outside, you are putting on a brave face, but inside, you're exhausted and just getting through the day feels like a challenge. You keep going with nobody really seeing how hard you are trying and how heavy everything feels.  You feel lonely and isolated.

You might know the cause of these feelings - life transitions, relationship difficulties, loss, family challenges, work stress, trauma, neurodiversity - or you may confused, left wondering where your spark has gone.  You have become confused and disconnected from who you are and what you need.

Therapy gives you a space where you can pause, take off the mask and breathe.  You don't need to come with all the answers.  There is no need to worry about where and how to start.  We will work together to explore what is really going on under the surface.  We will work at your pace, no jargon, no diagnosing, no quick fixes.  Just open, honest and professional support.

As an integrative therapist, I’ll work with you in a way that suits you – with gentle curiosity and compassion – so we can make sense of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and help you move towards a happier, more fulfilling life. I carefully work with a range of theories to support you in a way that feels right to you.

It's natural to feel daunted, especially if you have never experienced therapy before.  If you have any questions, concerns or would like to book a free 20 minute introductory call, please email me.

Therapy works – I know, because I’ve been where you are. I look forward to hearing from you.
