About me

Feeling anxious, low, or unsure of yourself? Maybe you’re feeling stuck and not quite sure why? You’re not alone.

Life can feel overwhelming, whether it’s the weight of daily pressures, major changes, parenthood, or when past experiences resurface. Sometimes the persistent sense of unease that’s hard to explain. I work with many people feeling stuck and sensing they have lost touch with who they truly are.

Therapy should feel non-judgmental, safe and grounded.  I offer this along with a real curiosity to understand your world and to support you reconnecting with those core values and beliefs that really matter and shape who you are.

Clients have told me they feel genuinely heard and supported, describing our work together as a safe space that fosters the trust needed to explore difficult feelings.

I have supported clients through maternal health and parental challenges, grief, anxiety and depression. All of my work is trauma-informed and grounded in an awareness of neurodivergence.

Reaching out can feel daunting, but it’s already an act of courage and self-care. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore what you need and take steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Please connect with me today to arrange a free 20 minute call if you would like to discuss starting this journey together. And if now isn’t the right time, or you’re still searching for the right fit, trust that you’re already on the right path—you’ve come this far. If calling feels too much then drop me a text and I'll call you back.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
