About me
How Counselling Can Help You
Reaching out for support takes courage, and if you are here you have already taken an important first step. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or are stuck and unsure how to move forward. Whatever you are facing, you don't have to face this alone.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely, at your own pace. Together, we can make sense of what is going on for you, helping you to find clarity and a way forward that feels right for you.
A strong therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful change. Feeling heard and understood can make all the difference, and my approach is centred on building a trusting, empathetic therapeutic relationship where you can explore your thoughts and emotions safely and without judgement.
My experience has offered me the privilege of working alongside clients such as those with depression, anxiety, emotional and childhood issues, low self-esteem, relationship and family struggles, everyday stress and difficulties. I have also been honoured to work with clients from all ages and different sexualities and neurodivergent experiences, including ADHD and Autism.
Therapeutic Approach
I am a qualified therapeutic Humanistic Integrative counsellor / therapist who tailors my approach to fit your unique needs. At the heart of my work is a belief that you are more than just your struggles—I see and support you as a whole person. I help explore patterns in your emotions, relationships, and past experiences that might be holding you back. Our work together will be a collaborative process, shaped around what works best for you, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Free Initial Phone Call
I offer a free, no-obligation call. This is a chance for us to see if we would be a good fit. Please feel free to reach out directly or use the above 'book intro call' link.
Sessions
Sessions are 50 mins long, and can be held in a comfortable space in Highcliffe, Dorset or via telephone / video call. I offer short and longer term / open-ended therapy and it is always worth enquiring about concessionary session rates.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
