About me
You might feel anxious, low, or stuck in patterns that no longer work. Relationships can feel strained, confidence may have faded, or past experiences still affect how you live now. You want to feel calmer, more secure, and able to manage life without constant worry. Many people seek counselling to understand themselves better and make lasting change. You’re looking for someone who listens without judgment and helps you explore what’s happening so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. Integrative counselling in Maidstone helps you understand thoughts, manage anxiety, rebuild self-esteem, and restore balance in daily life.
How I Work
I offer integrative counselling for adults and teens in Maidstone and online. I provide space for anxiety therapy, self-development, and emotional balance. My approach blends Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed practice. Together we work on insight, confidence, and lasting personal change while addressing anxiety, low mood, or relationship issues.
What to Expect
Clients tell me they feel heard, understood, and supported to move forward. Counselling gives you time to pause, reflect, and decide what matters most. If you’re ready to talk things through, we can explore what’s troubling you and work toward feeling calmer, more confident, and more in control of your life. Each step is at your pace, with warmth and respect.
Issues I Work With
I work with adults and teens experiencing:
- Anxiety and stress
- Depression and low mood
- Low self-esteem
- Relationship and family difficulties
- Trauma and emotional overwhelm
Early sessions focus on understanding your situation, building trust, and setting clear goals. Using an integrative mix of Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed practice, we work together to build calm, confidence, and direction at your pace.
Types of Therapy
I use an integrative approach combining Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed practice. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to counselling and what you hope to achieve. Sessions are collaborative and paced to suit you. We explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing tools to manage anxiety, strengthen confidence, and support lasting emotional balance.
Fees
Fees are £60 per 50-minute session. Payment is due on the day by card, bank transfer, or cash. Reduced rates are available for students and those on lower incomes. I don’t work directly with insurance providers, but I can provide receipts if you wish to claim reimbursement or need records.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
