About me

My name is Gagandeep Singh, though many people know me as Gag. I am the Clinical Lead at IK THERAPY®

I understand that seeking help and trusting someone with your personal thoughts and feelings can be incredibly challenging. You may feel uncertain or unsure of where to begin - and that’s completely okay. I work with empathy and intuition to create a safe and welcoming space, where you are free to explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. You’ll always have my full attention and care, as your best interests remain at the heart of everything we do together. Whether you’re facing anxiety, ADHD, depression, anger, or other personal challenges, I am here to help you navigate your concerns and find healing & growth.

I have experience in working with a wide range of issues including Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, bereavement, trauma, addiction, relationships and more. I strive to provide a therapeutic experience that is both effective and empowering.

I recognise how challenging it can be to take the first step toward seeking help. My focus is to build trust, create a warm, safe, and friendly environment where you feel genuinely valued and understood. Together, we can explore your experiences, uncover your strengths, and work toward meaningful change.

If you feel that therapy may be helpful, you are welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation and explore whether this feels like a helpful next step.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Further information

I offer psychotherapy for adults in Central London (Harley Street), West London and online throughout the UK. I work with clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, trauma and experiences shaped by grief or emotional absence. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, creating a reflective space where you can explore patterns, emotions and relationships at your own pace.

Some clients find it helpful to work with a therapist who understands cultural context and identity. I offer therapy in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu and welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, including those navigating family expectations, identity or life transitions within South Asian communities.

Sessions are available in person at Central London (Harley Street) and across West London, including Ealing, Uxbridge, Richmond and surrounding areas, as well as online. I offer flexible scheduling with evening and select weekend availability to accommodate busy professionals. IK THERAPY® is a private practice providing specialist ADHD, neurodiversity and trauma-informed care.
