About me
"Thank you so much. The work we're doing feels like the most transformational healing work I've ever done" Client Testimonial
I am an experienced EMDR Therapist with specialist expertise in supporting people who have experienced life-changing events, including disability resulting from workplace trauma, serious accidents, or life-threatening illness.
My work is grounded in a person-centred, trauma-informed approach. I am passionate about helping people process difficult experiences, overcome the impact of trauma, achieve their goals, and discover new possibilities for living well.
My Approach
Therapy is always tailored to your unique needs. My role is to listen, understand your experiences, and provide the support and tools you need to move forward with confidence.
Every therapeutic journey begins with a simple question:
“Hello, my name is Gabrielle. How can I help you today?”
EMDR sessions are usually offered online, providing flexibility, convenience, and access to specialist support wherever you are based. This means I can work with you no matter where you live.

Further information
As an EMDR therapist, I work with young people aged 16+ and adults. I predominantly work online, and this means I can support you no matter where you live, which makes it more flexible to fit around your life. EMDR is just as effective when conducted online as in person.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from distressing memories and trauma. It is particularly helpful for anyone who feels “stuck” in past experiences that continue to impact daily life.
Music Therapy sessions can be held both online and in person. I may come to you, or we can find somewhere to meet to hold sessions (there may be an additional fee in this case).
As well as DBS checks, I hold Level 3 Safeguarding Certificates for Children and Adults.
