About me
Whether you feel stuck in an 'emotional rollercoaster' or are experiencing anxiety or low moods, therapy can help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings and give you a protected space to talk about them.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can bring your worries, fears and hopes. We will work at your own pace on any topic you'd like to address or explore in more depth.
I work with adults, children & and young people (6-17)
Training, qualifications & experience
My core work modality is trauma-informed and psychodynamic, focusing on addressing the root causes of problems to create deep, lasting changes. However, I tailor my approach to my client's needs and wishes, and I can integrate person-centred, compassion-focused, and mentalisation techniques.
We will work together to develop a more stable sense of safety, identity, and compassionate acceptance to support your healing.
In my work with children and young people, I use a creative, holistic approach (play therapy and creative therapy techniques) that allows the sessions to follow and support any developmental needs and personal preferences.
I have significant experience working with trauma (PTSD, C-PTSD), bereavement, neurodivergence, co-dependency/relationship problems, psychosomatic problems, anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, and baby loss.
I also offer sessions in Italian and Spanish. Long and short-term therapy is available.
