About me

Hi I’m Fran welcome,
I know how daunting it can feel to look for a therapist. Reaching out for support is often an overwhelming step, and just by being here, you’ve already taken the first and most important step toward caring for yourself.
I am an integrative therapist with experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. My background has given me the privilege of working with individuals from many different walks of life, and I bring that understanding and openness into my practice.

My Safe Space
I believe that therapy works best when you feel truly heard, understood, and accepted. That’s why I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can bring your whole self - your thoughts, feelings, and experiences - without fear of criticism. My aim is to create a warm environment that feels safe enough for you to explore what’s happening in your life and supportive enough to help you take steps toward growth and healing.

How I Work
As an integrative therapist, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I draw on different therapeutic models - such as cognitive-behavioural approaches person-centred, (CBT) and psychodynamic - depending on what will best support you. Together, we’ll find the way of working that feels right for you. I offer one to one session online across the UK & Europe.

  • Collaborative: We work together at your pace, exploring what matters most to you.
  • Holistic: I consider your emotional, psychological, and relational wellbeing.
  • Flexible: I adapt my approach so that therapy is tailored to your needs, whether you’re looking for short-term support or deeper, longer-term work.

My Commitment to You
My role is not to give you answers, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, discover your strengths, and move toward the changes you want in your life.
You don’t have to keep trying to manage it all on your own, you are welcome to get in touch for a free no pressure 30-minute consultation to see if working together is a right fit.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
