Hello and welcome to my page, please allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Francesca and I am a qualified existential analytic psychotherapist and counsellor.
***Due to the COVID-19 outbreak I am currently operating a solely online (Skype) and telephone based practice following government guidelines for social distancing.
I have extensive experience working online prior to the pandemic so you can be assured that this is not new to me and that you are in safe hands regarding the different elements that online counselling provide.
In regular circumstances I also work face-to-face with clients across a number of locations in Kent.
I know how difficult it can be to find yourself on a page such as this from personal experience however, speaking from this experience, seeking therapy might just be one of the most beneficial things you could ever do for yourself.
Counselling provides a safe and confidential place in which we can explore problems or issues that might be affecting you, your relationships with others or your life in a wider sense.
My aim is to create a space in which you feel able to confide and trust in our ability to examine the areas of your life that you may be unhappy or dissatisfied with and look for solutions to these. My belief is that the relationship and respect created between us is an invaluable element to the process and progression of your therapy and this is always at the heart of our work together.
As a practitioner I am fully aware that it can be intimidating to take that first step towards counselling, particularly if you are dealing with overpowering and difficult emotions. However, I do wholeheartedly believe that when you make that courageous move towards therapy, you are moving towards a greater understanding of yourself, your relationships and your past experiences.
If you are feeling as though something is getting in the way of your happiness and success, do not hesitate to get in touch and we can see how we might work together towards a solution.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
