About me
Hello, I am an integrative and BACP registered therapist, working with adults online and in person in East London. I have a particular specialism in supporting individuals within the performing arts and creative industries, alongside working with adults from a wide range of backgrounds. You might be feeling anxious, struggling with low self-esteem, facing challenges in family or relationships, navigating neurodiversity, or questioning aspects of your identity. Whatever brings you here, I understand that beginning therapy can be daunting and takes courage. My role is to work alongside you, creating a safe and open space where every part of you is welcome.
I offer a confidential, collaborative, and safe therapeutic space where you can explore your experiences. I see psychotherapy as a relational and collaborative process.
For me, psychotherapy is like a prism - shifting the lens reveals new colours, meanings, and possibilities. I listen openly and without judgement, taking care to understand your experiences with curiosity. From time to time, I may share reflections or perspectives that might help you view things in a new light.
Training, qualifications & experience
My training is integrative, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches rather than working from a single rigid model. My practice is informed by psychodynamic, existential, and humanistic principles, allowing me to adapt my way of working to your individual needs and experiences. This means therapy is shaped around you, rather than you having to fit into a particular framework.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling and am currently training towards a Master’s degree and professional accreditation at Regent’s University London. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with its Ethical Framework.
My clinical work is informed by my experience working at the Royal College of Music, alongside my own professional background in the arts. This has shaped my understanding of the emotional demands of performance, creativity, visibility, and self-criticism, and how these can impact mental health, relationships, and sense of identity.
My approach is collaborative, non-judgemental and relational, always centring your unique perspective and lived experience. I am genuinely curious about how you see and relate to the world, and I see therapy as a space for us to reflect on this together.
Working relationally also means paying attention to what unfolds between us in the therapy room. This can offer valuable insight into how early relationships may have shaped you, and how these patterns might continue to influence your current relationships and ways of relating.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
Therapy sessions take place weekly and last 50 minutes. I hold a small number of concessionary places at a reduced rate - please feel free to ask if this may apply to you. I offer both short-term therapy (6–12 sessions) and open-ended work, depending on your needs. Together, we can decide what feels most supportive for you.
Further information
If you have any questions or if you’d like to arrange an initial appointment, please feel free to get in touch. I offer a free 15-minute online initial session. This is a chance for us to meet, talk through what brings you to therapy, and see if working together feels like the right fit. There’s no obligation to continue - it’s simply an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and ask any questions you may have.
