About me
My name is Felicity. I am a registered MBACP Integrative Psychotherapist based in Surrey. I have a Masters degree in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling and have been trained to work in a variety of settings, including charities, NHS counselling services, and private clinics. I work with adults (16+) and am currently training to include adolescents. I am more than happy to have an initial 20-minute telephone consultation, so please do contact me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I believe that each person’s experience is unique and what is beneficial for us at various points in our lives is likely to change as we encounter different challenges. Drawing from a range of therapeutic models—including humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, and psychodynamic techniques—I therefore tailor our work to fit your specific needs and experiences. This flexible approach enables a better understanding of your lived experience and the sense you make of it. Central to my work is the development of our therapeutic relationship as I believe that an authentic, transparent human connection is part of what makes therapy effective and healing. By co-creating a genuine and trusting relationship, we can explore not just the issues you're facing, but also the deeper relational patterns and experiences that may be affecting your life.
Therapy is a deeply personal experience, and I respect the courage it takes to reach out. I feel privileged to work with individuals on their personal journeys, and I aim to provide a kind and non-judgmental relationship where you will feel accepted. We work at your pace, focusing on your goals, helping you build a deeper understanding of yourself, and developing new coping strategies and ways of relating to yourself and others.
I support people who are facing issues such as relationship problems, family issues, stress, anxiety, low mood/self-esteem, life changes, bereavement, addiction, abuse, a loss of sense of self and many more. I am also trained in working with disordered eating clients and completed one of my training placements in an eating disorder clinic in London.
I work face-to-face with clients for 50-minute appointments. I can also offer online therapy.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
