About me
My name is Felicity, and I’m an MBACP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist offering face-to-face sessions in Cobham, Surrey, and online across the UK. I hold a master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and have worked in a range of settings, including charities, NHS counselling services, and private clinics. Alongside my private practice, I also work sessionally at The Priory with clients struggling with disordered eating and broader mental health concerns.
Before retraining as a psychotherapist, I worked in the corporate world of banking and finance. This background has given me a strong understanding of the pressures, expectations, and personal costs that can come with professional life, and it informs the grounded, practical side of my work.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches to tailor therapy to each individual. My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and begin to make sense of your thoughts, emotions, patterns of behaviour and anxieties.
Central to my approach is the therapeutic relationship itself — the genuine, trusting connection that allows exploration and change to happen. Together, we can look not only at the challenges you’re facing but also at the deeper experiences and beliefs that might be shaping them.
I work with adults (16+) and am currently training to extend my work to adolescents. People come to me for a variety of reasons, most commonly anxiety, stress, self-esteem, disordered eating, relationship difficulties, loss, and life transitions. Therapy is a personal and collaborative process, and I will meet you where you are — with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
I offer 50-minute sessions face-to-face in Cobham or online. I also provide an initial 20-minute phone consultation, which gives us a chance to discuss what you’re looking for and see if we feel like a good fit.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
