About me

Change starts with one honest conversation… are you ready to take that first step?

Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we can build insight, strengthen your resilience, and develop practical tools to support meaningful, sustainable growth.

Together, we’ll gently explore the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing and day-to-day life.

What’s been weighing on you lately? And what might life feel like if things began to change?

At the heart of my work is connection and trust. You’re not broken you may just be feeling overwhelmed. Together, we can begin to untangle things and help you rediscover a sense of balance, clarity, and control.

I currently offer face to face and online 1:1 counselling and clinical supervision for qualified counsellors. My approach is collaborative, client-centred, and tailored to you because your story, your pace, and your goals truly matter, your sessions, your time to be truly you.

What would it mean for you to feel supported, understood, and more like yourself again?

Your story matters. Healing can begin when it’s finally heard.

If you’re wondering whether I might be the right fit for you, why not reach out? We can have a relaxed, no-pressure conversation and explore what you need.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and am committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring I bring fresh, effective approaches into our work together.

I support clients through a wide range of life challenges from addiction (personal and within families) trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, OCD, compulsive behaviours, dual diagnosis, survivors of abuse and burnout. I  work with workplace stress, neurodiversity, menopause, grief, bereavement, and the many pressures that come with navigating life.

Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to do it alone. What’s been feeling most difficult for you lately—and what kind of support would make a difference right now?

If you’re a professional navigating addiction or worried about your recovery, you might be holding back from reaching out due to concerns around confidentiality or independence. If that sounds familiar, could a private, discreet conversation feel like a safe place to start?

No two journeys are the same—so what’s yours?

Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I welcome any questions and look forward to the possibility of working with you.
