About me
I am dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate space for clients to feel comfortable sharing their concerns. Having recovered from my own struggles with PTSD and cPTSD, I focused my training towards trauma-related mental health issues, and understand the complexities that are present within this delicate mental health issue.
I believe that human nature and behaviour stem from our influence in childhood. I am therefore passionate about the theory and approach of Psychodynamic therapy, which explores the significance of past experiences in shaping present behaviour. I weave this theory into my practice where necessary, and hope to help you feel more like yourself.
I have been in my own personal therapy for over 10 years and understand how difficult it can be to open up and share what is troubling you. I respect everyone for who they are, and welcome all enquiries.
I am a huge animal lover and my dachshund, Milo, often comes to work with me in sessions. His calm, gentle presence can prove a real benefit to those who might feel unsure about therapy in the beginning.

Further information
I have had the privilege of working and volunteering with NHS services and various charitable organisations. I gained valuable experience alongside clinical practitioners within a specialised service programme, where I received in-depth training in addressing both the psychological and physiological effects of trauma on the mind and body.
