About me

I am a Jungian psychotherapist. I work with people who are experiencing psychological distress, the therapy is to help bring about a deeper level of psychological healing and find meaning in your life. To become who you really are.

I am a qualified and experienced Analytic Psychotherapist. I see people in person and online, I am based in Kent. The therapy is about helping individuals to explore the deeper levels of their psyche, to bring about deep lasting psychological healing. The therapy helps all individuals to heal from psychological trauma and to become who they really are as an individual, what Jung calls, "The process of individuation", to find meaning in one's life and live a meaningful life.

I see people once a week for an hour. Sometimes people feel the need to come to therapy more than once a week, I do see people for twice weekly psychotherapy.

I understand that private long term psychotherapy is expensive and it is not available on the NHS Talking Therapies. I do offer reduced fee psychotherapy.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Analytic Psychotherapist. I trained with the Guild of Analytic Psychologists, I am a member of the Psychoanalytic and Jungian Section of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. I am a member of the International Association for Analytical Psychology. I qualified in 2007.

I worked in palliative care, I was head of the Psychological/Social Care Team in a London hospice for 12 years. I was a qualified mental health social worker prior to training as a psychotherapist. I worked as a mental health social worker for 17 years.

Additional information

I know how difficult it is for many people to get the psychotherapy they need and with this in mind I offer affordable psychotherapy. As a general guide my fees range between £35 and £50. This is just a guide as the fee you pay will depend on your individual circumstances. I try to never turn anyone away on fee basis.

Further information

I work with individuals who are experiencing deep psychological distress that is making it very difficult for them to live a full and meaningful life. This can be the result of past traumas, abuse and neglect, or from current life traumas. I use dreams as a way for helping individuals to explore the deep side of their psyche and bring about deep psychological healing.
