About me
Hi, I am a pluralistic counsellor providing support and therapy to adults for a range of struggles. I offer a space free from judgement, to help you in a realistic and focused way that centres around what you want to get from counselling.
Counselling can mean facing emotions that you haven’t in years and changing ways of thinking that can feel stuck. We'll work together on what is happening for you, exploring at your pace and comfort.
As a lesbian, I struggled to find a therapist who understood all of me. I aim to be the counsellor who sees and understands exactly who you are.
