Art Psychotherapist BA(Hons). MA. Dip. Supervision

About me

I am an HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist with nine years of clinical experience, including seven within the NHS.

Artistic skill is not required to engage with Art Psychotherapy— All creative expression supports meaningful therapeutic dialogue and is a valued part of the therapeutic process.

I work with adults, children, young people, and trainees. I also offer clinical supervision and have specialist training in integrative supervision and online-specific approaches.

My practice is located in Lee, South East London (SE12 0RB), easily accessible by public transport, with free street parking available.

Please feel free to contact me by email or phone with any questions about Art Psychotherapy or supervision with me. I offer a free initial consultation (up to 45 minutes) by phone, in person or video call to explore whether working together feels right for you, your child, or young person.

Reduced rates are available for Art Psychotherapy trainees and individuals on lower incomes.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Art Psychotherapist and full member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT).  I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and have professional indemnity insurance covering both in person and online therapy.

I have 9 years post qualifying clinical experience, 7 years within the National Health Service (NHS) supporting a range of mental health needs.

I am an experienced Art Psychotherapy supervisor, with experience in clinical and case management supervision, with additional training in integrated models of supervision and online therapy specific training.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
