About me
I work with individuals who would like help with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
I have journeyed with individuals facing challenging circumstances for many years and am a qualified psychotherapist.
Deciding to see a therapist and then finding one you trust can feel difficult and daunting, I offer a pressure free 20 minute chat to determine if we’re able to work together.
You may have experienced a change that is causing concern? A bereavement, loss or trauma.
You may be experiencing long term effects of feeling emotionally unwell? Stress, anxiety or depression.
Whatever has brought you to this place, I seek to work with you to identify solutions and offer practical tools to support this.
My professional career has led me to work with:
- families in a paediatric hospice provision
- individuals who have been subjected to domestic abuse.
- parents of children with additional needs
- those who find themselves in marginalised communities.
I have worked with Suffolk Mind’s counselling service and am based in Felixstowe, Suffolk although also offer online sessions.
As I have had the opportunity to journey with individuals and groups, I am convinced that every human has the capacity to heal and that we’re born as kind and connected beings, but barriers can get in the way of us knowing how to access this healing. If any of the above resonates with you then please do get in contact.
