Hello and welcome. I know how hard it can be to reach out but I hope I can reassure you that once you do you will be in safe hands with me an integrative counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist, and most importantly a fellow human being. I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s toughest challenges, and I truly believe that life is so much more fulfilling when we nurture positive, healthy relationships.
I love working with individuals who want to improve the quality of their relationships—whether that’s with friends, family, colleagues, life partners, or most importantly, themselves. You could think of me as a relationship counsellor, but just for you!
Using a blend of clinical hypnotherapy, person-centred counselling, and cognitive behavioural techniques, I help my clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their circumstances. Together, we can explore ways to bring more clarity, self-awareness, and emotional balance into your life.
I believe in empowering people to embrace what they cannot change while also supporting them in working towards the relationships and goals that truly matter to them. By quieting the mind and tuning into what you really want, I can help you harness your energy and focus to create meaningful, lasting change.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
