About me
Hello and welcome. If you’re here, you might be struggling with anxiety about where your relationship is heading, or perhaps you’re reeling from a betrayal and unsure how to move forward. Maybe your relationship is deeply important to you, and even though it isn’t making you happy right now, you don’t want to walk away. You might be facing a major life transition—menopause, retirement, a new baby, changes at work—and finding it hard to navigate the emotional impact on yourself or your relationship. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone.
I know how hard it can be to reach out, but I hope I can reassure you that once you do, you’ll be in safe, steady hands with me—an integrative counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist, couples therapist trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and most importantly, a fellow human being. I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s toughest moments, and I truly believe life becomes more fulfilling when we nurture positive, healthy relationships.
I work with both individuals and couples who want to improve the quality of their relationships—whether that’s with friends, family, colleagues, life partners, or, perhaps most importantly, themselves. For individuals, you could think of me as a relationship counsellor, but just for you. For couples, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can step out of repetitive arguments, soften long-standing tensions, rebuild trust, and rediscover the closeness you may be longing for.
My approach brings together clinical hypnotherapy, person-centred counselling, emotionally focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioural techniques. This blend allows us to explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, helping you understand the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and the people you care about.
I believe in empowering people to embrace what they cannot change, while also supporting them as they work towards the relationships and goals that truly matter. By quieting the mind and tuning into what you really want, I can help you harness your energy and focus to create meaningful, lasting change—whether you’re navigating life on your own or rebuilding connection as a couple.
