About me
I offer in person appointments in Glasgow City Centre and Dalry, walk and talk sessions in three separate parks, along with online sessions on Google Meets and Microsoft Teams.
How it works?
Reaching out with an initial enquiry can be daunting as you don't know what to expect and attending the first session can feel terrifying. So here's how it works:
Send a text, WhatsApp, email, Facebook message or make a call.
I'll reply as quickly as possible and offer a free 15-20 minute consultation. This means we both get the chance to meet and check can I offer the support you need and do you feel like I'm the right person for you.
The First Session
Eeek! This is when the nerves really start to kick in regardless of it being in person or online. It's normal to question yourself and if you've made the right decision. The first session is quite relaxed. I'll go through all the admin side, making sure I have all the relevant details, we'll discuss the contract and privacy policy. This sets out what can be expected on both sides. After this I'll ask some questions to full understand what has been going on for you and what this looks like day to day. This sets up the planning phase on what will come next.
